1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Boden Agro LLC(“Boden Agro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes personal data when a person visitsbodenagro.com, uses the Boden Agro web platform, communicates with us, uses our integrated channels, or interacts with related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Boden Agro is an agricultural management platform that makes it possible to record, organize, and retrieve operational information through integrated communication channels and the web platform.

2. Data Controller

The Services are operated by Boden Agro LLC, Wyoming, United States. For privacy inquiries, you may write to admin@bodenagro.com.

When you use Boden Agro by invitation from a farm, company, or producer, that organization manages its workspace and decides which members may access the information. Depending on the context, Boden Agro may process data for its own purposes or on behalf of that client.

3. Data We Collect

  • Messages, audio recordings, images, documents, and other content sent through the channels available in the Services.
  • Agricultural, operational, commercial, or financial information recorded in the Services.
  • Information about team members, contractors, or other contacts added by authorized users.
  • Location or other related data when features that require it are used.

Data collected automatically

  • IP address, device type, operating system, browser, and technical identifiers.
  • Access, usage, security, diagnostic, and error logs for the Services.
  • Approximate location information derived from technical data, when available.

Data received from third parties

We may receive information from clients, authorized users, and providers of communications, authentication, payments, and other services that you choose to use or connect. Anyone who provides data about other people must be authorized to do so.

4. How We Use Data

We may use data to:

  • Create accounts, verify identity, and manage access.
  • Receive and interpret messages, transcribe audio, process documents, and convert content into structured records.
  • Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve the functions of the Services.
  • Provide support and send operational, security, or account-related communications.
  • Analyze how the Services operate, resolve errors, and develop new features.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations, respond to valid requests, and establish, exercise, or defend rights.

We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-service behavioral advertising.

5. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

Boden uses artificial intelligence, transcription, and document processing providers to interpret requests and organize the information you provide. These providers may process the content and context needed to deliver the requested function, in accordance with the terms and settings applicable to the services contracted by Boden Agro.

These functions may make mistakes. Users must review information before using it to make production, financial, or legal decisions. Boden Agro does not use exclusively automated decisions to produce legal effects or effects of similar significance on a person.

We do not sell client content or use it to train our own general-purpose artificial intelligence models.

6. When We Share Information

We may share personal data with:

  • Clients and authorized users: to operate workspaces and allow access according to assigned roles.
  • Service providers: for hosting, storage, authentication, communications, message receipt and delivery, payments, artificial intelligence, transcription, document processing, security, diagnostics, and support.
  • Advisors, authorities, and third parties: when reasonably necessary to comply with the law, respond to a valid process, investigate fraud, or protect rights and security.
  • Participants in a corporate transaction: in connection with an investment, financing, reorganization, merger, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality measures.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, protect the Services, and understand how they operate. You may manage these technologies through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect some functions.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect data according to its nature and the risks of processing. However, no system or method of transmission can guarantee absolute security.

If you believe an account or data has been compromised, write to admin@bodenagro.com.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain records requested by the client, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and protect security.

You may request the deletion of personal data or your account by writing to admin@bodenagro.com. Include your name, telephone number with country code, account email, and, where applicable, the farm to which the data belongs. Do not send passwords or access codes.

We may request reasonable information to verify your identity, authority, and the scope of the request. Once the request has been verified, we will delete or anonymize the personal data covered by the request within a maximum of 30 days, unless we must retain it due to a legal, contractual, accounting, or security obligation, or to establish, exercise, or defend claims.

If the data belongs to a client workspace, we may coordinate the request with its administrator. Deleting personal access does not necessarily entail deleting operational records that belong to the client or must be retained for the reasons described above.

Backup copies may remain until they rotate out and are kept outside ordinary use in the meantime. Anonymized data that no longer reasonably identifies a person may be retained and used for analysis and improvement of the Services.

Deleting data from Boden Agro does not delete information that other services retain under their own policies.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, updating, or deletion of your data; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain uses; request portability; and submit a complaint to a competent authority.

To make a request, write to admin@bodenagro.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

11. International Transfers

Boden Agro operates from the United States and uses providers that may process information in different countries. Data may therefore be stored or processed outside your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ. Where applicable, we will apply reasonable measures to protect information in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

12. Minors

The Services are intended for commercial activities and are not directed to persons under 18 years of age. If you believe that data about a minor was provided without sufficient authorization, contact us so that we may evaluate the appropriate measures.

13. Third-Party Services

External services are governed by their own policies. This Policy does not describe the independent practices of those third parties or control the information you provide to them directly.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical, or commercial changes. We will publish the current version and its effective date on this page. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
